Residential Developer
Steiner + Associates is looking for executives interested in building and developing residential developments.

S+A’s projects have been industry transforming and over the last 15 years have included over $1.5 billion in projects and over 7 million square feet. Our development executives get involved in the projects from their inception to their opening. The responsibilities include the hiring and directing of design teams (architects, consultants), the selection and management of construction service providers (contractors, construction managers) and interface with internal accounting, management and leasing teams.

We prefer 10 -15 years in the construction or real estate development industry, with a minimum of a Bachelor degree in Engineering (structural, civil, mechanical) or in Architecture. This position will be based in Columbus, Ohio with travel to the various locations of development projects required.

The compensation will be commensurate with the experience of the candidate.

Leasing Executive Assistant

Under limited supervision, the Leasing Executive Assistant provides clerical and administrative assistance to the Executive Vice President of Retail Real Estate, as well as the Executive’s direct reports. This position requires at least 5 years of administrative experience supporting senior-level executives, preferably in a real estate development setting, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage confidential information. Will work closely with development and construction teams, tenants, and real estate brokers. Independent judgment, confidence, and the ability to communicate clearly are vital in this role. Strong computer skills required, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Windows, and the ability to learn company’s workflow program quickly.
