Easton Town Center
A 2.9 million square foot award-winning mixed-use town center drives more than $1 billion in annual sales and features pedestrian-friendly open-air town squares, fountains and parks.
Working together, Steiner + Associates and The Georgetown Company created a mixed-use town center that has become both a regional attraction and a model for developers and communities nationwide.
Since its grand opening in June of 1999, Easton has drawn more than 30 million visitors annually, won the ICSC Award for Innovative Design and has produced sales volumes that are among the highest within its tenants’ respective portfolios.
Featuring more than 200 restaurants, retailers and entertainment venues, Easton is the highest volume shopping center in Ohio. The mixed-use community generates more than $1 billion in annuals sales and drives more than $140 million in annual restaurant volume.
Steiner and Georgetown have successfully introduced many new offerings to the central Ohio market including restaurants like Smith & Wollensky, Brio Tuscan Grille and The Cheesecake Factory as well as retailers such as Nordstrom, The Apple Store, Anthropologie, American Girl, vinyard vines and The Container Store. These new-to-market offerings combined with strong local concepts have created an energetic and engaging shopping and entertainment environment in a walkable “main street” atmosphere.
Steiner and Georgetown added Easton Gateway in 2016. Immediately adjacent to Easton Town Center, Easton Gateway added more than 500.000 square feet of retail and restaurant uses to the mixed-use community. Easton Gateway includes several large format retailers including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Field & Stream, Golf Galaxy, Container Store, Whole Foods and Costco as well as nearly 150,000 square feet of small and mid-sized retailers and restaurants including Saks Off Fifth, REI, Pies & Pints, Melt, J. Alexanders, and dozens of others.
