787 Eleventh Avenue
A mixed-use re-development of the original Packard Motors Building on Manhattan’s West Side, 787 Eleventh Avenue encompasses roughly 505,000 square feet of rental space across ten stories. Originally built in 1929, the building has undergone a full renovation designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects since its purchase in 2015. This includes updates to all mechanical systems, new windows and façade and the addition of over 85,000 rentable square feet across two floors. The renovation has transformed the building into a major new life sciences hub for NYC led by Mount Sinai Medical Center, a global flagship location for Jaguar/Land Rover and Class A offices occupied by tenants such as Pershing Square Capital Management and Dwight Capital.
