Located adjacent to newly expanded Cincinnati Children’s Hospital in the Avondale area. Burnet Ave will include up to 270 multi-family residential units, 25,000 commercial space, including retail/restaurant incubator space. With this project, we will provide 20% affordable housing units as well as include MBE and WBE businesses as stakeholders. This project will be the catalyst to revitalize Burnet Avenue.
