Five retailers joining Easton Town Center near Columbus, Ohio

Easton Town Center, a mixed-use complex northeast of Columbus co-developed by The Georgetown Company, L Brands and Steiner + Associates, is adding six new retailers to the town center’s $500 million expansion, including Ivan Kane’s Forty Deuce Café & Speakeasy, Arhaus Furniture, Pins Mechanical Co., The Beeline, Forbidden Root Restaurant and Brewery, and CRIMSON – a Crimson Cup Coffee & Tea flagship concept.

Anne Mastin, Executive Vice President of Retail Real Estate for Steiner + Associates, made the announcement.

“Easton is evolving to meet the needs and demands of today’s consumers,” said Mastin, in a statement. “The new expansion will offer more of an urban neighborhood look and feel with some of the finest sourced local and national concepts on the market.”

Ivan Kane’s Forty Deuce, the legendary concept from nightlife innovator Ivan Kane, is both a café and a speakeasy.

Ohio-based Arhaus Furniture was founded in 1986. The 17,500-square-foot Easton store will introduce a new store format to the Columbus market encouraging customers to come in store and get inspired.

Pins Mechanical Co. is another Ohio-based retailer new to the Easton Town Center expansion. The old-school bar and entertainment complex features more than 30,000 square feet of bowling, foosball, pinball, duckpin, ping pong and patio pong.

The Beeline is a 3,000-square-foot bar backed by the largest bar and restaurant operators in Cincinnati, Four Entertainment Group (4EG). The bar will offer guests a wide selection of beer, wine and high-quality craft cocktails made with local ingredients.

Forbidden Root Restaurant and Brewery focuses on innovative and botanically inspired beers as well as elevated American rustic fare. Forbidden Root will begin to distribute its portfolio of craft beers in late July. The 12,000-square-foot restaurant and brewery located in Easton’s expansion is the brand’s first location outside of Chicago, and will feature Ohio-grown ingredients in both the kitchen and the brewery.
