Lyndhurst Ohio-based First Interstate Properties, Ltd has named Columbus Ohio-based Steiner + Associates as exclusive retail leasing agent for its 610,000 square foot mixed-use Legacy Village in Lyndhurst (Cleveland) Ohio. The announcement was made by Steiner + Associates’ Executive Vice President of Retail Real Estate Anne Mastin.
“It’s a beautiful property,” said Mastin. “This is one of the premier retail centers in the state of Ohio and we are thrilled to be a part of the Legacy Village team. This engagement is in complete alignment with what we are doing in both Columbus with Easton Town Center and Cincinnati with our ground up Liberty Center project. Nobody knows Ohio like we do.”
Located on 67 acres at the corner of Cedar and Richmond Roads in Lyndhurst, Ohio, Legacy
Village includes more than 585,000 square feet of specialty retail and restaurants and 25,000 square feet of class-A office space. The project serves the upscale eastern suburban communities of the Greater Cleveland market. Among the project’s tenants are more than 50 specialty retailers as well as the only Crate & Barrel and Restoration Hardware stores in the market. Restaurants at the center include The Cheesecake Factory, Brio, Granite City, California Pizza Kitchen, Stir Crazy and Bar Louie among others.
“We are very excited to have Steiner + Associates driving leasing,” said First Interstate Properties’ President Mitchell Schneider. “We have watched them with tremendous admiration as they have defined Town Center development in Ohio and around the country. We are thrilled to add Legacy Village to their leasing portfolio which truly puts Steiner + Associates in a position to work with retailers in premier properties in all three major Ohio cities.”
Steiner + Associates is already actively leasing the project. Mastin notes that she and her leasing team are now in the process of scheduling meetings for RECon in May. The Steiner + Associates booth is located at C1124.
