Yaromir Steiner served as a discussion leader at ULI’s Fall Meeting in Dallas on October 26 focusing on building 18-Hour Cities.  His presentation was entitled Urban Transformation Tools.

 In his presentation, Yaromir went into great detail around five themes that he believes are crucial to the success of existing or emerging mixed-use communities. They included: Creating a Sense of Place; Public/Private Partnerships, Community Partnerships, Growth Modeling and Community Visioning.
