Property Management

Steiner + Associates retains property management responsibility for each development project.  The result is a deeper commitment to ‘maximizing the asset’. 

Steiner requires its management teams to seek out opportunities to increase revenues from activities other than cost control.  Property management teams are responsible for extending the earning power of the property through programs such as marketing and sponsorship agreements. 

Animation is part of the property management function.  This is the term Steiner uses to describe marketing and events activities that promote its properties as civic centers with community value and function.  Use of the property as a community asset is one of the most prized elements of the animation approach.
