Steiner + Associates, founded in 1993, is a master planning and development firm that executes property management services within its portfolio and provides development and management services.

Under the direction of CEO Yaromir Steiner, the company is highly renowned for having co-developed Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio, a project that Steiner + Associates currently manages.  The property is widely recognized as the benchmark for town center development excellence, having earned the ICSC Most Innovative Design Award in the year 2000.

Yaromir Steiner executed his first vision of an open-air, leisure-time center with Cocowalk in Coconut Grove, Florida and led the renovation of the adjacent Streets of Mayfair in the early 1990s. As the company continued its execution and management of the Easton project in the late-1990s, additional projects were undertaken and completed, including Centro Ybor in the Latin enclave of Ybor City, Florida (Tampa); Zona Rosa in Kansas City, Missouri; and Newport on the Levee in Newport, Kentucky. More recently, Steiner has opened the next generation of new town center at The Greene near Beavercreek, Ohio and Bayshore near Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Today, Steiner + Associates continues to set the standard for town center and lifestyle center development, operating through three major divisions: development, property management and entertainment. Exciting and innovative new projects, such as The Peninsula Town Center in Hampton, Virginia, continue to demonstrate the company’s forward-thinking and trend-setting approach to retail and lifestyle development.
