Steiner co-developed and currently manages Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio. The property is widely regarded as the benchmark for Town Center development excellence having earned the *ICSC Most Innovative Design Award* in the year 2000. Steiner's five million square foot portfolio also includes Zona Rosa in Kansas City, Missouri; Bayshore in Glendale, Wisconsin; and The Greene in Dayton, Ohio, each representing the “new town center” philosophy of all of Steiner's future developments. Steiner currently has nearly $1 billion under development across the United States including major expansions to existing projects, as well as the development of Peninsula Town Center in Hampton, Virginia.
